You see it inside the design on the 43R0 Hoodie's chest as "4EERR0O G3N", which aims to be a stylized and creative form of Qeerroo Gen. Coming from the Oromo language, the word “Qeerroo” points to youth, while “Gen” kept short speaks to generation. Together, it represents a generation in motion: one shaped by purpose, identity, responsibility, and will to carry something significant forward.

At Simbo, 430 is more than a three digit number. It is a rule. A guidline.

It stands for four passions, three reasons, zero ego.
